Other than that, these units are so easy to install and any personal computer can even read or the transfer the files it contains easily knowing that the computers itself have their own CD ROM Drive. And, what’s more interesting to know about this unit is that it can be reused in a number of times knowing that it is crafted rewritable. So meaning, you can still store media data or files on it even after you have deleted some items written earlier.

Pen Drive – Heard about this option? Well, you probably do with most technology fans and experts out there uttering the name Pen drive for more than ten times a day. Marketers also call this as the USB drives and is known throughout the industry as the most wonderful of the media storage devices available. One great thing to note about this option is that it can be attached to a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port that a person computer contains in no time flat. Once connected into the port, it acts and serves as an external drive of the computer system. Today, you can find this product capable of storing 80 GB of media files. Much to that, they are marketed by most companies anywhere in the United States and other areas in the world with a built in MP3 player. A voice recorder is also sometimes included.

So that’s it! Well, obviously, what most people prefer of the available media storage types of today is the Pen drive. The added wonders of it are it can record conversations through its WAV format. The recorded conversation can even be transcribed to text file through the unit’s voice recognition software.
